The G1000 Flight Simulator Panel for Cessna 172 is made from 2.5mm laser-cut aluminum that is primed,  painted, and clear coated using high-end automotive paints.  The panel design includes cutouts for the RealSimGear G1000 suite, back mounted yoke, and the following Aviation Training Foundation Panels:
