- If you are lucky enough to live near Reading, you are welcome to collect and pay cash or card with chip and pin. Please let us know you wish to do this. Sorry, you cannot pay by card over the telephone and then pick up in person, as this is a well-known method of card fraud.
- If we have not received payment 4 days after auction end without explanation, we will use eBays standard procedure to politely request payment or, in the end, to cancel the transaction.
- Please note: All of our pre-owned items are sold on an HMRC VAT margin Scheme so there is no reclaimable VAT involved.
- We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
- We aim to dispatch within 2 working days of receipt of cleared funds.

Terms of Sale
We guarantee that our items will be as described in our auctions. If you find that they are not, or if something described as in working order is found to be faulty on receipt, we will refund the full price paid including initial postage, provided you notify us within 2 working days of receipt and return the item to us at your expense within 14 working days of sale (Saturday is a working day for us but Sunday is not). Returns due to change of mind will be at our discretion but will not be accepted unless we are notified within 2 working days of receipt and receive the item back within 14 days of sale at your expense. Please read our auction descriptions carefully for any specific variation to these general terms.
