We test all our gemstones with the Presidium Gem tester 2. Although it can tell us if a gemstone is real or glass/fake, It can not tell us the difference between Natural or Lab created.

We test all our precious metals even if they are marked with JSP Acid on a test scratch stone.

We ship same or next day depending on what time payment is received Monday - Saturday.

We do our best to answer messages within 2 hours Monday -Sunday from 6am to 11pm.
