Vintage Art Deco Dresser Box or Candy Dish with Lid

This vintage Art Deco ceramic box would look nice on a dresser or it would make a nice candy dish. It is white with graphic lines. It measures 5 1/4" square. It does have several chips as seen in my photos. It is marked: Germany on the bottom. Even with the chips, it is still a very unique box.
