Postage & packaging charges are not refundable in any circumstances, the cost of return and postage charges of second jacket in case of exchange would be paid by buyer, therefore please select your size by reading our size charts carefully to avoid later issues.We accept returns within 30 days of receiving the product.
Custom Size / Made to Measure Orders:
The buyer who wants to have made to measure jackets kindly contact our customer services team for your size details, for custom order we need to have customers Jackets or Body measurements images for size confirmation. Custom size orders will cost extra £30 to £50.We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom size orders.
Shipment Policy:
Shipping within 3 to 5 working days.Tracking number will be provided after shipment.In case of in-availability of your item size in our stocks due to any issue, we'll ship it directly from our overseas manufacturing premises based in ASIA (largest manufacturers and traders of leather goods).
International shipment will took 7 to 10 working days for delivery. International buyers have to pay postage cost and no returns will be accepted from them.
