Arrived in PERU then transited by GUATEMALA the 8th February, 1944 before returning to the sender

WW II Cover with examiner CENSOR mark on the left (front side)

Moreover, the recipient is George Jacob KUHRTS Jr or II. He was quite FAMOUS and was the Owner and President of the Standard Steel Works.
