One for the collectors: this is an original 1994 US limited first pressing of Pink Floyd's The Division Bell, issued on translucent blue vinyl.

All the music (nearly 60 minutes-worth) is on one vinyl LP (later reissues went to a double album).

First, the good points (and there are plenty): the gatefold sleeve has very little wear (a bit at the corners, some minor creasing near the spine) and grades Excellent.

The lyric insert similarly has very little wear, no tears or creasing, and is in Excellent condition.

The picture labels are also in fine condition - some wear to the top of Side 1, but overall they grade at least VG+.

It is a rare limited edition pressing on blue translucent vinyl (see photo).

It plays through both sides without skipping or sticking, on my deck.

Now the bad points: well, there's only one really - the vinyl has scuffs, marks and scratches both sides that means it plays with consistent surface noise and tics (Side 1, which grades Fair to Good), and Side 2 (slightly better - surface noise is a bit less noisy, so grades Good+ to VG).

I found after a while that I could shut out the tics and surface noise and actually enjoy the music, but be in no doubt: the surface noise and tics are audible.

So that's why I'm starting this at just £6.99. It could be one for completists who have a decent listening copy and just want a rare limited edition. It could be that you may find a way of improving the audio in some way, but obviously no guarantees from me. Or it may be that you just want a better sleeve and / or insert to upgrade yours.

Whatever, bid away and let's see where it gets to. You may well get a bargain!
You're welcome to make an offer but chances are I will let the auction run, unless it's an offer too good to turn down.

Any questions - just ask, I'm always happy to help.
