This beautiful set came from a high end estate. It was used in a guest bedroom. It is in beautiful condition. It does not have an odors or smells. Set includes the Queen size comforter, 2 ruffled pillow shams, the dust ruffle (which was never used) fitted and flat sheet. I’m also including a twin sheet that has been cut to make other accessories. There is enough of the sheet to make pillowcases. I will also include some small fabric scraps. This is a wonderful set, not perfect but for the age it is pure perfection!

One pillow sham has ripped on the back where the pillow goes in. It’s an easy repair but does not show at all in the front. The fitted sheet has a couple of very faint spots (about the size of a quarter) I had to hold it up in the sun to see them. I laundered both sheets and air dried them.

I am also listing accessories that were with it, including eyelet ruffled curtains that have blue RL fabric added to them. I also have an eyelet Queen size dust ruffle, 2 pillow shams and a round table cover. All from the JC Penney Home Collection.
