Purchased at an estate sale in an affluent community in the City of College Place, 3 miles west of Walla Walla in Walla Walla County, SE Washington State. 

Owner assured me, and I found his report to be credible, that this item was purchased new and had never been used. Condition is New in original manufacturer's orange bag. Seller did not want to compromise listed NEW condition and therefore did not open the bag to inspect or construct tent. Photos are of packing/carrier bag's exterior, and it is earnestly hoped that potential buyer can thus study and determine that the bag has indeed not been opened and that alleged NEW contents have therefore not been compromised.
