with soiling This looks to be the work of Stemmons Pub of Utah. If my memory serves me they were operating in the 1980's/ 1990's. They produced a facsimile copy of out of print works in which they reduced the page size down so 6 pages would fit on a 8.5x11" page. The print is small but is readable.
The original work consisted of 2 vols of 183 & 215 pages with each volume having an index. In checking the book you will want to check the index for both volumes. It is easy to overlook the index in the middle of the book. The book contains bride, groom and date of marriage.
