These are untested new and also pulls (used) tubes

This set was included with other items at an estate auction, I do not know the history of them. Inspecting them, some are obviously pulls, while others are new tubes that match the box brand they are in. It looks like all the tubes are correctly type marked. Ask any questions about a specific tube before purchase.
