The Lego set is brand new and sealed and nowretired by Lego and is rare and desirable.

The box factory sealed, has been kept out of directsunlight, in non-smoking house and is in great condition throughout as can beseen in the photographs, free from rips, tears, dents or crushing but may havenot be free from very minor wear and scuff from storage and handling.
