Mary Kay Vintage Consultant Sample Organizer Bag with a Handle on Top Case zippers all the way around to open and close. 

The outside measures approx. 11-1/2" x 8-1/2" and the sample inserts measure approx. 10" x 6". 

There are six inserts with zippers and pockets on both sides and storage on the back side of the front and the back of the case.  Also, a sheet of paper can be inserted into the front of the case.

Some of the inserts have marks that look like they might be from a pen or makeup pen. 

The case can be used for a variety of  Mary Kay sample styles. 

Except for the pen marks mentioned, the case is in excellent condition.
