Small rebound in blue cloth with gilt lettering to the spine. Ex libris of the Cumbria County Library with a barcode to the end paper and a stamp to the reverse of the title page which appears repaired to the top half. White tape holding the title page in place, preface page trimmed to top edge, + xiii + 471pp + 1pp notes, clean throughout and in a library format.
