When Powered up with 0-12 volts DC current, I saw the lights work and the engine ran very smoothly on the test track. Label reads W/O Sound and DCC (With-Out).
Overall, this engine looks in excellent shape with only age dusting noted. All as pictured.
Shipping-will ship with care, in a sturdy box with foam padding, via cheapest way usps priority mail. Ship weight boxed is about 2 lbs.
