  Delivery might take 10 - 20 days, depending on customer’s location and delivery methods. Please understand that occasional delays might be caused by multiple reasons which are beyond our control. However, you are always welcome for contacting us for the newest status of package.  Combine shipping discount (if any) is only offered for winners of 2 items or above.

Return & Exchange
  You might return your goods within 30 days since item received.  All returns are acknowledged by mail and then refund would be processed after original goods returned. All returns must be in their original carton with all packing material intact.  We will try our best to resolve your problem. With our return policy, we guarantee to provide complete refund.
