The condition the cover does have a split on the spine at the bottom. It runs up a couple inches. There is an inner tear next to the spine in the white margin at the center left, and the very top of the spine has about a half inch tear to top otherwise it’s just minor handling where and marks inside the first two pages have vertical creases in them, but I do not see that in the rest of the magazine just has 64 pages inside and advertising on the back cover wonderful artwork, and this is a very hard to find magazine simply because it is almost 100 years old suitable for framing for sure don’t miss out
