Waist: 15 inches approx with a bit of stretch

Bit of wear to the halterneck straps where they rub against each other when tied up so not seen anyway but please see photo. Hole in the netting but again this is under the skirt and not seen and doesn’t affect the dress. Priced to reflect. 

No fabric label but I imagine it’s polyester and elastane. Ok
