USN Black & Beige United States Navy Women’s Hat Kingform cap De Luxe New York

The hat is in very good condition however there appears to be no size indication

I did measure on the inside ribbon next to the tag that is there and all the way around on the inside is approximately 21 inches

Also on the side towards the back, there’s a tiny black spot shown in photos

Also, there are a few tiny snags

I did photograph both sides where it shows buckle with the attached broken strap

As you can see the strap is gone

The top of the hat appears to be pretty decent

And the front emblem USN with the anchor

Is excellent
