Condition of the Item. 

We are unable to answer the details of the stamp values, Catalogs, Identifications, features, watermarks or any thing else about stamps ,

if you are not satisfied with your purchase , simply return and I will give full refund including shipping charges, and return shipping charges.

These Items will be mailed in regular first class envelops. (Glasines or Stock pages are not Included)

No request for refund if the item is lost of stolen or Customs Dept. Confiscate your items during the shipping process. 

Please do not leave negative feedback for if you do not receive the item.    I do not want to be punished for some other persons wrong doings .
