Set includes the original box, radio, owner's manual, box insert, and original receipt.  This Radio Shack DX-350 12 Band AM/FM/LW/SW radio was purchased in 1975 in Long Beach, CA.  The radio looks like it hasn't been used, as we had multiple units of the same model.

The original box shows use. The ends are torn where it has been opened.  The box is intact.  The instruction manual was stored in the box and is in good shape.

I have included multiple pictures of the radio and it does not have imperfections to its case.  The radio plays with 4 AA batteries.  It works on all bands.  The radio plays with full sound, crisp and clear.
