Guild Wars Collector’s Edition (Complete! Headset, Art Book, Soundtrack, etc.)

 

This auction is for the Windows game Guild Wars Collector’s Edition. It is complete and includes the box, headset, hardcover art book, manuscript, soundtrack, game disc and lots of other paperwork. The code has been used. The box is in very good condition with minor corner wear. The headset is unopened. The disk and other contents are in very good condition. These items are from my personal collection. Please see the photos to help inform your bidding.

Shipping: Priority mail automatically includes $100.00 insurance and tracking. USPS Ground Advantage replaces First Class and also includes $100.00 insurance and tracking. If you would like to use USPS Ground Advantage and would like to add additional insurance to cover purchases above $100.00, please contact me for an invoice prior to paying.

 

All items will be very carefully packaged. In the unlikely event that a package arrives damaged, and insurance was included or purchased, please take photos of the package prior to opening and throughout the opening process. Also, please keep all packaging materials until the claim is resolved. I have included some information from eBay’s ShipCover and the USPS website below.

 

ShipCover insurance starts at $1.70 per $100 of coverage for domestic shipping.

With ShipCover claims, keep in mind:

• You'll need to wait at least 7 days after the date the transaction ends to file a claim for a damaged item.
• You'll need to wait at least 30 days after the estimated delivery date to file a claim for a lost item.
• If you shipped multiple items but only one arrived damaged, you may only file a claim for that one item.

Photos that clearly show the extent of damage will help with your case. For damaged claims, you’ll also need to provide an estimate of the repair costs from a reputable dealer.

·       Save the original packaging and everything in the package until your claim is settled.

·       Do not throw out damaged items, even after you photograph them.

·       Do not reship items that were not damaged. Save them with the damaged items.

·       You may be asked to take the entire package to your local Post Office™ facility for inspection.
