Application Instructions

• Thoroughly clean and dry the application surface.
• Carefully peel the sticker from the sticker's backing paper.
• Apply the sticker to the desired surface.

Application is the sole responsibility of the buyer

Rotten Remains does not accept responsibility for items damaged due to misuse, incorrect application or adhesion issues.

Some examples include but are not limited to:

• Not being able to remove sticker from backing paper
• Damaging the sticker when removing it from backing paper
• Tearing or stretching of the sticker
• Sticker not adhering to the application surface
• Application surface damage

Any attempt at starting to remove / lift the sticker from it's backing paper, is considered starting the application process which will render the item as used and will void any reason for return, replacement and/or refund.

TERMS and POLICIES

Shipping

• We only ship items within the USA and Canada.

• Buyer's shipping information must include the following: Full name (first name and last name), house number, street name and/or PO box number (for letter mail delivery), city / town, state / province, zip / postal code and phone number.

• If the item is being shipped to a non-residential business address, the business / company name must be included in the address and be accompanied by the person's name that will be receiving the item.

• Any of the above mentioned required information not given at time of purchase may result in delay of shipment or order cancellation.

• All addresses are verified with USPS and/or Canada Post before shipment. If USPS or Canada Post state that there is an issue with a buyer's address, we may attempt to contact the buyer for clarification on the address or the order may be cancelled.

• If we ask for clarification on an address and a reply is not received or a reply is received but still not clear, we reserve the right to cancel the order and the item(s) may not be available for repurchasing.

• Delivery dates shown by eBay on the listing page and in the buyer's order details are only estimated by eBay and there is no guarantee that the item will be received within that time frame (item may arrive up to 10 days or longer after the dates shown).

• Estimated delivery times are counted as business days (Mon - Fri), excluding weekends (Sat - Sun) and holidays. Holidays (in the US or Canada) may delay delivery time.

• We do not ship outside the USA or Canada. We do not ship to businesses that offer mailbox rental services such as UPS Stores. If the address you provide is not your home/residential address or a USPS / Canada Post official post office location, your order may be cancelled.

• We do not ship items to cross border parcel / mail companies (located on or near the US / Canada border or the US / Mexico border) or freight / courier companies based in the USA or Canada that offer re-shipping services (mail forwarding) to overseas or foreign countries.

• The use of freight forwarding companies is considered a circumvention of the blocks we have placed on countries that we do not ship to. Any orders placed with a shipping address to either a cross border parcel pickup company or freight forwarding / courier company, may be cancelled at our discretion.

• Instances of non-receipt will be handled by refund only. No items will be resent or replaced.

Returns

• If you want to return an item (on items that offer a return policy), the return must be initiated through eBay's return request form. Returns not initiated through the eBay return item form, will not be accepted.

• Item(s) are to be returned in brand new (unused) condition.

• Buyer is responsible to pay all return postage fees (return postage fees are non-refundable). Item(s) must be returned with tracking. The tracking number must be entered into the eBay return request form and verify that the returned item(s) have been received by Rotten Remains before a refund will be issued.

• If an incorrect or inaccurate reason is chosen to return the item, your account will be noted for inappropriate use of returns which may result in actions taken against your account.

• Rotten Remains does not accept responsibility for items damaged due to misuse or incorrect application.

• If you believe an order has been shipped incorrectly or the item you received is damaged, you must provide large, clear photos of the item(s) including all packing materials (envelope, packing slip etc.) that the item(s) were received in as proof of incorrect shipment or damage before a refund will be considered.

• All returns will be handled by refund only. We do not accept exchanges.
