Why spaceflight? Why put telescopes in space?

Story Musgrave, veteran of the NASA space program for thirty years and astronaut on six space shuttle flights, explains that mankind has always looked to the universe for answers to questions of life and death on earth.

Focusing on the hands of the team, Story choreographs "the dance" aboard the space shuttle Endeavour during the historic STS-61 mission to repair the Hubble Space Telescope, including onboard experiments in zero-G and "getting to the window" - experiencing the incredible view from space.

Take a galactic journey to experience a boundless view of earth and natural phenomena such as hurricanes, volcanoes and auroras, and see our solar system and universe through the eyes of the Viking, Voyager and the Hubble Space Telescope.

In this 80-minute stage performance, Story passionately shares over 230 of his favorite photographs, the atmospheric sounds of space music Luminaries and a remarkable look at the relationship between space and our very existence.
