Rare set~ Arcadia Miniature Set of Salt and Pepper shaker's.  The set includes a Beach Cabana with little tiny feet sticking out and a sunbather buried in the sand along with her gold colored pail and shovel.   The sand is textured.  Her one little foot has some sort of spot on the tip. Could be a chip that was touched up.  Otherwise I have no idea.  Just want to make the buyer aware of this.  There are plenty of pictures for your review.
