Vintage Compaq iPAQ pocket PC.

Unfortunately the stylus is missing, but I confirmed that it works using fingers.

Styluses are available on ebay if a replacement is needed.

The PDA powers and aappears to be 100% working, as shown on the screen.

I've not completed the setup.

Comes complete with the cradle, but I don't have the charger for this.  I modified an existing charger to check it powers up.  Power Supply needed is 5v 2A, so basically just a standard USB power supply, but will need a round connector.

The PDA cradle comes with a built in cable for USB and VGA to connect to a display.
