This saw runs as you can see in the video but the blade arm (not sure the part name) is cracked (see pics).  Buy with this in mind.  You are buying AS IS with no returns.

Update:  I noticed the belt is shredded and it gets bogged down when you press the throttle.  It starts easily and idles fine but does not want to accelerate when you press the throttle.  Bid with that in mind.  I also uploaded a new video.
