The superb IXO 1/43 Snowman's 1976 Kenworth W900 Truck in black & gold as seen in the "Smokey and the Bandit" movies.

A Smokey fan site says: "Snowman and Bandit originally drove a 1974 Kenworth as a team. When Bandit made a bet with Big Enos Burdette, he let Snowman drive the truck, while he drove blocker in the Trans- Am. They drove from Atlanta to Texarkana, Texas, fairly uneventfully. Then they loaded the truck with four hundred cases of Coors beer and transported it back to the Burdettes in Atlanta. Neither truck nor trailer appeared to suffer much damage despite numerous incidents.

They later used it when when the Burdettes hired them to transport a crate. After they opened the crate and discovered Charlotte the elephant inside, they hauled her on an open second trailer behind the first.

At least three trucks were used as Snowman's in Smokey & the Bandit. Two of them were 1974 models with silver emblems on their grills; the third has a 1973 gold 50th anniversary emblem.

There is no Kenworth in Smokey and the Bandit, Part 3. Snowman briefly drives a 1982 Peterbilt, but mostly drives the Trans-Am."

Please note that although a nice replica of the movie truck, the packaging has no mention of the actual movie.

The detailed model measures approximately 5 1/4" (135mm) in length, & is presented on a display plinth with a clear display case & card box.

It is new, mint & boxed.
