This is the actual numbered Folio # 62 New Testament Great Bible Leaf from the Magnificent Great Bible-November, 1540-Richard Grafton-London.

Darlow and Moule # 34. There are 65 Lines to the inch, as called for.

The 1st Corinthians Text is from 12:3 through 15:19-

3 nice Woodcuts with this Leaf.

This passage includes the very Important- 1st Corinthians 13-"The Love Chapter"-and much more!!!

This damaged but beautiful Leaf is from the fourth Impression of the Great Bible- The General date is 1541 but recorded as published in November, 1540.

Large Folio-15 1/4" by 10 3/8"- 2 Column Black Letter.

Many Years before First Printing of KJV-During the Reign of King Henry 8.

This is a tremendous opportunity to own an early Edition Great Bible leaf .

Condition: very damaged leaf- about 30% loss-some light browning-couple of spots-pin holes- inside edge a little rough.
