Description: This bundle of fairy tale themed marionettes has been donated to us and is in fair condition.

 

It features several different characters, including a chef, a devil, an ogress and a sorcerer with clawed hands. 

There are some customised backdrops aside from the stage curtain, including a drawbridge / moat, fields with a castle in a background and a cave in a night forest.

There are also some props including a satchel bag and plastic tridents and sword.

However, there are several chips to the sorcerer's face and the ranger / minstrel's hats, as well as to the queen's feet. Other characters have them on their heads and hands.

The sorcerer also has glue marks on its head and hat and a loose foot. While this can be pushed back in, it can still fall off.

There is a mark on the green trident, and some of the painted backdrops have wear and tear. The stage curtains backdrop has age-related staining down the front and what appear to be chalk marks on the back.

The multicoloured backdrop is also worn and has a glue stain running down the front.

Specifications:

• Each puppet is between 4 and 5 inches tall.
• Backdrops are roughly 55 x 35 cm.

 

Additional Information:

Most of the puppets have an indent on their hands which allows them to carry the props provided.

Who We Are: Martlets is a Hove based hospice charity, providing end of life care and essential services to people affected by terminal illness.

As a hospice charity, we rely on volunteers to offer our online service. With the exception of a few small ranges, the majority of our stock is donated to us from our fantastic supporters. We reuse packaging wherever possible, to ensure every penny we make goes directly into supporting Martlets patients and their families.

All profits from this site go directly into the charity.

 

               Combined UK Postage: We offer combined postage discounts on 2 or more items. If discount isn't automatically applied at checkout, please contact us.

We ship majority of our items via Royal Mail and larger / higher value items with the following couriers DPD, DHL, DX and UPS. Evri are only used for large cheaper items to keep the cost low for the buyer, but this avoided where possible.

 

International Shipping: International shipping is offered via eBay's GSP only, we cannot facilitate direct overseas shipping.

We cannot see or alter the amount quoted by eBay for this service. We understand that costs can be high using this service, however, we do not have the capacity to offer any International shipping outside of this.

 

Auctions: We allow all of our auctions to run their course, without offering a buy it now option, unless the item is listed as such. Depending on the item and start price, unsold auction items will either be relisted or passed on to our high street shops for sale.

 

               Vinyl: All of our vinyl is graded and valued by our volunteer vinyl expert, they are experienced in the vinyl trade and giving accurate gradings.

We use packaging specifically designed for Vinyl to ensure it reaches you safely.

 

Furniture and other Collection Only Items: If an item is listed as collection only, then we are only able to offer it for collection.

Unfortunately, we cannot facilitate packing these items for buyers to arrange their own couriers.

Due to the limited space we have available, items must be collected within 10 working days, or the order may either be cancelled or subject to a storage charge.

 

Collection times are Monday-Friday 9-4 from Hove.

Saturday collection 9-5 is available if pre-arranged before closing on Friday.

 

Donating Items: If you are not local to us but think you may have a donation suitable for any of our online stores, please get in touch.

If you are in our Local area, please check our website for donation drop off points.

 

Returns: All of our items are covered under our 60 day returns policy. Where the item is faulty or not as described, Martlets will cover the cost of return and issue a full refund. For any other returns, the postage costs are to be covered by the buyer.
