Please note. I plugged a battery in and it lights up. Plugged an amp in and the pickup makes a sound when tapped.That is as far as I have gone, never used in a guitar and I don't know anything about them. Could be for a bass guitar or an electro acoustic guitar, I am not sure. Please use your own judgement, it looks fine to me, but who knows.Thank you.
