If the return is for a part that was used or damaged after it was received, or because of an error on the part of the customer, a restocking fee of 15-30% may apply. Per legal policy, we must wait 7-10 business days before we can make a decision on the order status to await the items arrival. We will not process any lost, stolen or missing claims without a signed legal affidavit proving the item(s) were in fact lost, stolen or missing. If your item is found within the claim period, you will not be awarded the claim as your items have arrived. Any falsification of documentation can lead to further legal action.
