Their is no COA as i always told people a COA is a piece of useless paper to make people feel good ,Its NOT Proof.
It kills me these authentication places that charge you and all their doing is giving you their opinion for money . I have seen items with COA and made me laugh as they are fakes !!!! Even home made ones and auction house and profecional companies ,its a joke !!!
I obtained this from a family of a collector of over 33 years from Toronto that passed on , 16 years ago ,I believe this was signed at the CNE in Toronto in the early 80s
