This is a beautiful sturdy postcard with a wonderful fully textured background. The reverse says "In Commemoration of The Panama-Pacific International Exposition", then "Japan - Imperial Government Railways". The center circle features a view of Arashiyama near Kyota Japan. Other items on the card include US and Japanese Flags, Birds that I believe are doves, and some cherry blossoms. I am guessing this was printed in Japan, but not positive. Enjoy!
Unposted. Sturdy card with lovely colors and fantastic texture. Edge and corner wear consistent with a vintage postcard. Back has a few marks and some smudges, please see photos.
