I'm guessing this card was published in the 1940s based on the vehicles. It features the border crossing at International Falls MN where US Highways 53 and 71 enter Ontario Canada. The card is numbered P6958. "Aliens Check Out Here" and "U.S. Customs U.S. Immigration Naturalization Service." "Canadian Cars Turn in Permits". 

Unposted.  Edge and corner wear consistent with a vintage postcard.
