A Lardy chess set with folding board and leather storage case.

A jewel, easy to take along and unpack. The case measures 31.3 x 17.5 x 8 cm. The folding board is 29.8 x 29.8 cm and the king is 7 cm high. 

The board and the pieces can be stored in the case.

The boxwood pieces have been perfectly turned, polished and meticulously carved. They are felted and weighted. 

The case holds both the pieces and the board.

The whole set is in very good condition, and has been beautifully preserved.

I'll send the set fully padded in bubble wrap and caulked with polystyrene in a sturdy cardboard box.
