Keep the dimensions in mind (29"Wx28.5"Dx23"H); The depth with the door open is 51". Oh, it weighs 120 lbs. So, as you can see, it's not the worse in terms of bulky size/dimensions & weight, but be sure to keep the size of your space in mind relative to this.

Also keep in mind that this is a gas dryer, and is different than an electric dryer in terms of installation, operation and cost. You'll need to have it close to your gas connection and ventilation; aluminum foil duct and a few other specifications spelled out in the attached pics and the manual you can get online at the Maytag, or Whirlpool website, rather.

There is no transferable warranty, which we believe was a 10 year Warranty and we'd be coming up on its expiration shortly. The unit is not Energy Star rated, and we could find very direct information "EC range" and the Decibel ratings with the manufacturer for this model.

I will say that the dryer runs quietly, to the extent that when you leave the room and close the door you can't hear the machine. And even though you have dials & knobs instead of touch screens and apps like the newer dryers these days, you accomplish all the settings for all the functions you need: Automatic capacity accommodations and balancing, Wet/Dry sensing that Maytag calls "Automatic Dry", Eliminate wrinkles in your clothes if you so choose, lint filtering for fire safety purposes, etc.

So, I think that covers mostly everything, but should you guys out there have any questions, pleased do not hesitate to message me via Ebay.
