Well, it is marked very well, Concord Cutlery Co. I have no other information outside of the fact that it has a great patina on it and would clean up nice if you really wanted to. The total length is 4 inches long. I have no idea about measuring the blade on scissors, but it appears that they are about 1.5 in long. I think they may have something to do with a candle, maybe?
