  I put this on for part's and as not working because I don't know anything about it or how to use it.i plugged it in and it came on.i guess.i pressed buttons and the reels started to move.but I feel safer calling it parts.i didn't see the meter lights come on but I didn't press all the buttons so I don't know.i may have even listed it wrong idk.look at the picture good.thank you.the cover for one of the meters isn t there.and there is green corison on some of the chrome plating.thank you
