A Rare Vintage 1963- 1964 Fender Mahogany Duo-Sonic/Musicmaster Guitar Body. The body has been stripped of its original finish, and has a thin non-professional older clear coat refinish, with some nicks, scratches, and play wear. A beautiful looking piece of mahogany wood. This original Fender Mahogany wood body, neck pocket, and original body routes are all in very good original condition with no changes in any of the contours, with no extra routes or holes added to the body, except for one hole on top of the neck pocket from a previous strap button, and previous non-original bridge plate screw holes that will be covered by an original bridge plate, as shown in the photos. Bridge Set is not included with the body sale, only shown for reference. This is an early 1960's style "12 Hole" Fender Duo-Sonic/Musicmaster Guitar Body that has the control pocket bump for a pickguard screw. The body uses a "12 hole" Fender Duo-Sonic/Musicmaster Pickguard. The body weighs 4 lbs. 5oz.
