New with tags NWT youth girl's size 8 Lilly Pulitzer Maddy striped dress. Green with white stripes and pink shoulder accents. Long sleeved with short pleated skirt. Nautical themed details including boatneck style neckline and rope belt. The belt has star details at the ends. 100% cotton fabric. See photos for condition. There is some staining on the star belt ends; since this is a new with tags item, I am unable to do much stain treatment on them. Reasonable offers always welcome!
