GU-91B

Generator tetrode GU-91B in metal-ceramic design with an indirectly heated oxide cathode and forced air cooling.

Designed to amplify high-frequency oscillations at frequencies up to 250 MHz with an output power of at least 900 W.

The GU-91B generator tetrode is used to amplify power in traveling wave amplifiers and single-sideband signal amplifiers in radio engineering devices of mobile and stationary equipment for general and special purposes.

Available in metal-ceramic design with an external anode and ring electrode leads.

Works in a vertical position, with the terminals facing down.

Forced air cooling.

Overall dimensions of the GU-91B tetrode:

— lamp height no more than 95 mm;

— lamp diameter no more than 72 mm.

Weight no more than 600 g.

The guaranteed shelf life of the GU-91B lamp is at least 15 years from the date of acceptance by the customer’s representative.
