I grow my own plants and will provide 8 fresh cuttings 8+” long.

You will receive plants wrapped in wet paper towels and securely packaged. These are very hardy cactus that are generally hard to kill , I take pride in shipping healthy plants because I love gardening and your satisfaction is my primary concern. Once received, please plant immediately. Some foliage may wilt or wither after transplanting, DO NOT THINK THE PLANT IS DEAD. Eventually as the plant becomes established (1 to 3 weeks) new roots/growth will also be seen. Rooted plants may have some dirt enclosed in paper towels/plastic to ensure moisture retention and preserve root integrity. Try to minimize disturbing the root system to ensure the prevention of transplant shock. Cuttings will be trimmed and also be protected from drying out. I do not ship outside of the United States. Be mindful of cold temperatures in your area. REMEMBER these are succulents! They like it hot!

I also give 1 FREE CUTTING EXTRA as a thank you and insurance in case of any casualties which is a rare occurrence with this plant which in my experience almost always has a 100% strike rate when growing from cuttings.

NOTE WELL: I BOX AND SHIP MY PLANTS AS SECURELY AS POSSIBLE TO ENSURE YOUR CUTTINGS ARRIVE AS HEALTHY AND VIABLE AS POSSIBLE. SOME LEAVES MAY FALL OFF THE PLANTS AND THEY MAY APPEAR SLIGHTLY WILTED ON ARRIVAL. DO NOT BE DECEIVED INTO THINKING THE PLANTS ARE DEAD. I HAVE ROOTED CUTTINGS THAT SAT DRY FOR 3 DAYS JUST TO TEST THE PROCESS FOR MYSELF AND I HAVE STILL BEEN ABLE TO SUCCESSFULLY ROOT THE CUTTINGS. THESE ARE SUCCULENTS WHICH STORE WATER SO THEY CAN SURVIVE DROUGHT LIKE CONDITIONS AND STILL BE REVIVED ONCE PLACED IN DISTILLED WATER (IF NECESSARY) THEN TRANSFERRED TO SOIL. PLUS, I ALWAYS GIVE AT LEAST ONE OR MORE FREE CUTTINGS AS AN INSURANCE PLAN TO ENSURE YOUR SUCCESS.

DAMAGE

Any damage to a plant must be reported to us within 24 hours and be sent with pictures of the plant and possibly the package/box for review, this is not negotiable. We will review the pictures and message and proceed from there. Please keep in mind that Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express are the only shipping forms that have insurance on them, but still must be approved by the USPS.

Communications and Responses: We are a very small family business that concentrates on shipping your order as quickly as possible. We cannot respond to messages simultaneously, so PLEASE be patient with us in the time it takes us to find time to address any message or concern that you may have. Please include your order number on all messages and you can message us through the order so the messages are linked together.

WE ARE ANSWERING ALL MESSAGES. WE do NOT control any shipping provider that is used. When we create a shipping label, the plant IS SHIPPED THAT SAME DAY. When you see a package pending acceptance, that means that we delivered the package to the shipper package drop off location and they took the package for processing. We have no control after this point as the shipper has the package.

Please do not leave a bad rating if the plant was delayed by weather or transit delays which are out of our control. We should be contacted first. Thank you. You can also open a lost mail investigation claim with the USPS for any package that doe snot show any scans since it was delivered to the USPS as pending acceptance. The USPS will answer you directly. Please also send me the case number to update the order.

When the shipping label is created your plant(s) are picked, packaged and delivered to the USPS for shipping ON THE SAME DAY! We try our best to get the orders packaged and delivered to the USPS as quickly as possible. Orders are usually shipped within 1-3 business days of being ordered, but please allow up to 5 business days, as we only ship from Monday - Friday and subject to all Postal Holidays. The orders are shipped in the same order that Etsy sends them to us after your purchase.
