This detailed hand painted Portuguese tile features a charming frolicking goat kid surrounded by flowers. The pale lavendar and blue color themes are remeniscent of Spring. The detail and color shading on this tile denote a great deal of artistry and care that went into this piece. This is a ceramic tile measuring about 6"x6". The back is embossed with Made in Portugal, and the number 7. There is no indication for age, though I found this with a group of other tiles that were certainly vintage 1970s. It is in very good condition save small corner chips on the right hand corners. See photos for details.
