Vintage Silver on Copper Footed Serving Tray Silver Plate Meneses Orfebres Spain 13" TLC

13.25" diameter x 2.5" tall. The tray has a lot of tarnish but I will leave the cleaning to the buyer. It has some scratches overall and possibly some swirl marks under the tarnish.
