This Auction is for a Used Pen from Arthur Neckermann who was the 

TSR Director of New Product Development In the early 1980's. 

I'm guessing that after they shut down the Toy Division he was allowed to keep the pen as part of his severance package.

It will need a new Papermate Deluxe Power Med. Pt. Perm. Ink cartridge.
