Light spine, edge and corner wear.  Jagged tear near the bottom of the back cover.  Tear to the last interior page.

Conservation: Because the bottom centerfold was loose, I used mending tape to carefully reinforce the staples. I also repaired the tear to the back cover and the last interior page.  I also repaired a couple small edge tears.  Looks much better now and will last much longer.
