This is a used shirt from Berluc, Made In France. The detailed waist makes it stand out. The front comes to point, resting lower than the other edges. The sides raise up and back down, finishing straight across the back. This striking style is accentuated  with the sparkling rhinestones.

 It shows general wear and fading (meaning it does not look new), the top button is missing. On the bottom edge on back the rhinestones need to be sewn back down. The material feels like silk to me.  The size is not stated, please use my measurements as a guide to fit.
