This item was used in Season 1-6 of "Green Arrow" on the CW. It was received from a studio clearing house auction. This is a pair of Hero glasses worn by Felicity Smoak. They come with the cloth and red case from the studio.
There are several duplicate pairs of these glasses in various stages of use as is customary on productions.

Studios will sell off their extra inventory through certain licensed auction houses. They do not come with official studio COA's as the studio does not have the time to identify and verify every single item used on a production so they often give them to secondary auction houses to sell off assets. These items can often be picture matched if screen used or they often come with wardrobe/costume tag identifiers.
