This is a one piece neck made of something lightweight, likely basswood or poplar. I am quite certain this is a regal neck, it isn't a Harmony or Oscar Schmidt neck, sorry for the deception in the title, just figure it doesn't hurt to get the interest of people interested in these types of guitars. Anyway, The headstock and slot shapes and the way they transition towards the nut is very telling of a Regal neck, so is the heel shape. Hard to put an exact date on it but I'd guess 1910 - 20s most likely.

The neck is in great condition for the age overall, a bit of funkiness to the finish in some areas but that is typical of these. The heelcap is missing, as of course are the tuners and fretboard. This would have had reverse-gear tuners on it originally (post below gear type). Tuner post spacing is 35mm center to center, so will work fine with any modern 3-on-a-plate tuners, such as the replicas Stewmac sells.

Dimensions:

nut width: 1-3/4"
fretboard surface length: roughly 12-1/8" from edge of nut to 12th fret area (this would have been used with a 24.25" scale board most likely)

headstock length: 6.5"
headstock thickness:  smidge under 3/4"
heel depth (how far heel extends down sides): 2-7/8"
neck profile: fairly deep V neck, but comfy with not too sharp of a spine IMO

Sold as-is, no returns, please don't hesitate to ask any questions should you have any before purchasing.
